For property owners
Tell us about your property.
Whether you're ready to sell or simply want to understand your options, tell us a little about the property and your situation.
Submitting your information does not obligate you to sell.
Situations we work with
None of these need explaining.
Every property and every reason is different. Here are some of the situations where we may be able to help.
- Major repairs
- Deferred maintenance
- Financial hardship
- Foreclosure situations
- Probate
- Inherited property
- Divorce
- Problem tenants
- An unwanted rental
- Hoarder properties
- Behind on payments
- Vacant property
- Property damage
- Unable or unwilling to repair
- You just want an easier sale
- You're ready for a fresh start
Working with us directly
What a direct sale can look like.
A direct sale isn't automatically better than listing with an agent — it's a different trade-off. Here's what it can offer.
- No obligation
- Submitting information — or getting an offer — never commits you to selling.
- No pressure
- If you need time, take it. If it's not the right fit, we'll tell you.
- As-is purchases
- We can buy the property in its current condition.
- Repairs may not be needed
- In most cases we handle the work after closing.
- Cleaning may not be needed
- You don't have to stage it or scrub it.
- Leave what you don't want
- Unwanted belongings can often stay behind.
- No commissions to us
- Selling directly to us means no real estate commission on that sale.
- Flexible closing dates
- Fast, or months out — whatever fits your plans.
- Direct communication
- You talk to Corbin, not a call center.
The homeowner process
What happens after you submit your property.
Call, text, or submit
Share basic property and contact information. That's all it takes to start.
Understand the situation
Corbin learns about the property, why you're considering selling, condition, timeline, goals, and any circumstances that matter.
Property walkthrough
If it makes sense, we schedule a walkthrough — in person, at your convenience.
Property evaluation
Current condition, the local market, potential value, repairs, remodeling requirements, your goals, and a purchase price that makes sense.
Offer
We present an offer and explain how we got there. There's no obligation to accept it.
Title & closing
If we reach an agreement, the sale goes through a title company and a normal closing process.
Property submission
A few details is all we need to start.
Nothing here is a commitment. If something doesn't apply or you don't know the answer, leave it out and we'll fill in the gaps together.
