Property referral

You notice a property that looks distressed and send us the information. We handle attempting to identify and contact the owner from there.

If that referral ultimately results in Cash For Your Home purchasing and successfully closing on the property, you may qualify for the $500 bonus, subject to the final program terms.

Seller referral

$1,000

You personally know a homeowner who may want to sell, and you connect them with us directly.

If that introduction ultimately results in Cash For Your Home purchasing and successfully closing on the property, you may qualify for the $1,000 bonus, subject to the final program terms.
