Meet Corbin
One person. Start to finish.
When you call Cash For Your Home, Corbin is who you're talking to. He's the person who walks the property, puts the numbers together, explains how he got there, and sees the closing through.

Why this exists
We're here to give homeowners options.
Some people are struggling financially. Some inherited a house they don't want. Some are dealing with a property that's gotten away from them, or tenants who won't leave, or repairs they can't afford. And some are just ready to move on and start over.
Every one of those situations has more than one path out of it. Corbin's job in the first conversation is to understand which one you're in, what you're hoping to end up with, and what your timeline looks like — before anybody talks about a number.
Selling to Cash For Your Home should never feel like your only option. If it isn't the right fit, he'll say so.
Options, not pressure
The point of the first conversation is to understand your situation and figure out what options exist — not to talk you into selling.
No judgment
Condition, clutter, repairs, missed payments, whatever it is. Corbin has seen it. You should never feel embarrassed about your property or your circumstances.
Forthright about the business
This is a real estate investment business. Corbin buys properties to make a profit, and he says so up front. Making money and treating people fairly aren't in conflict.
Local in a practical sense
Close enough to come see the property in person, make a second trip when needed, and know the contractors, the neighborhoods, and what things actually cost here.
Help even when there's no deal
If buying your property isn't the right answer, Corbin will try to help where he reasonably can, or point you toward someone who may fit your situation better.
One person, start to finish
The person who answers your call is the person who walks the property, builds the number, explains it, and sees the closing through.
What being local changes
Close enough to actually show up.
Local isn't a marketing word here — it means Corbin can come see the property himself, come back a second time if something needs another look, and lean on contractors and service providers he already knows and has worked with.
It also means he understands what properties in these communities are worth, how the market here is moving, and what a repair actually costs in this area rather than what a spreadsheet somewhere says it should.
